We are excited to announce that Padgett Rowell has joined Agility Systems as an Agile Coach. Padgett adds further depth and experience to our company, already demonstrated through the valued feedback from our clients on how we have facilitated leadership teams and their organisations in navigating change.
One of the first things we did when Padgett joined was to experiment with changing our organisational operating model to Sociocracy 3.0 (S3). Sociocracy is a practical guide for evolving agile and resilient organisations. We adopted S3 as a response to growing the team. The S3 Principles align strongly with our agile values, and the Principle of Equivalence specifically met one of our initial drivers to distribute our decision making.
Padgett is working with us on a large scale transformation that we are leading for a Perth government organisation who have started their journey and looking to embrace the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
